Exhibit’s Ceramic Coating Service
What is a Ceramic Coating?
Our Ceramic Coating is long-lasting, extreme self-cleaning liquid that hardens (cures) on clear-coated, painted surfaces, glass, plastic trim, rubber trim, and wheels that chemically bond with and protect a vehicle's paint and other surfaces to protect from stains, light scratches, scuffs, chemical, environmental damage, color fading, etc.
How Will this make my Car care process a breeze?
A Ceramic coated vehicle is so much easier to wash. Rain water flies off the surface making the car stay clean longer even in the rain. They protect from the sun, bird droppings, sap, bug splatters so that the color of your car doesn’t fade over time. The slickness of the paint lets dirt and grime wipe right off during the washing process!
What goes into applying this coating?
The vehicle is cleaned using the two bucket method with a strip wash to remove any old wax or sealants, decontaminated with a chemical, clayed than dried.
Inspection process. We look for swirls, scratches and water spots. Depending on vehicle paint condition, we will advise on the amount of correction required.
After decontamination and polishing, the vehicle is prep wiped to remove all wax, grease or polish residues.
The Coating Stage: Coating is applied to all the vehicle’s surfaces (paint, plastic trim, rubber, clear protective wraps).
Each panel of the vehicle is coated. Employee allows time for the Coating to “flash” before leveling the coating and wiping, ensuring a strong bond.
High Spot Inspection stage: employee inspects the vehicle for any spots that the coating was not wiped off (high spots are darker streaks that can be wiped off before the coating cures)
If possible, the vehicle is stored overnight allowing the Ceramic Coating to cure.
